Vibrational Yoga

The
most important pieces of equipment you need for doing vibrational yoga
are your body, your mind, and your voice. It is thought that we have a
fundamental root sound and when we get in touch with that frequency, we
become more in tune with the heart of ourselves, and our own inner voice.
Vibrational yoga combines resonating this sound with gentle yoga stretches
to help remove blocks in the physical and energetic bodies. This can help
you open to new opportunities, improved health and well being.
